Fund Structuring

Sustainability is not a myth

  • Acting as a turn-key advisor of investments, financial and corporate business projects, Thales Solutions will work with the clients to create the structure exactly matching their needs. Design, planning and integration of services are the milestones any project relies on.
  • As Advisor, we lead the project on a turn-key basis and are responsible for managing all aspects of the project from initial idea, through incorporation to administration, including all stakeholders (notary, accounting, audit, custody/depositary banking, fund accounting, legal, AML/KYC, portfolio and risk management). Our client only deals with Thales Solutions as the project responsible delivering by the deadline set.
  • Vehicles can include and are not limited to regulated, lightly regulated, unregulated, master-feeder structures with the legal base in Luxembourg and internationally.

Please, find below our Fund Project Questionnaire for Alternative Investment Funds. Fill it and send it at structuring@thales.lu or contact us for more information.
